THINGS TO DO WITHOUT FAIL:

__ Butane stove-check amount of butane
__ Check steering fluid and check for leaks
__ Run mains, after changing filters, for at least one hour
__ Run gen set, after changing filters, for at least one hour
__ Add fuel additive to diesel-even if it has some already
__ Check batteries with load tester
__ Diagram fuel lines & valves
__ Diagram fresh water tanks, lines & valves
__ After engines are warm, draw diagrams of all instruments, noting location of needles.

Note differences in bridge gauges and those in cabin.
